  • The music coming from the Maori stage sounds very alluring.
  • Watching the performances is like sitting in a cinema watching an action movie.
  • The food smells so delicious, just like being in a cafe that is filled with chocolate.
  • The Polynesian students looks very charming and elegant in their costumes.
  • The bright colours of the students' costumes attracts everyone's attention.
  • The sound of children cheering for their friends and families fills the air with joy.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write seven descriptive sentences to describe the  Polynesian Festival.

  • The enormous fairytale castle looked magnificent with exciting decorations in the large magical halls.
  • It is fancy with marvellous fairytale characters and mind blowing flags on the walls.
  • The food in the fairytale castle smells beautiful like grapes growing on trees.
  • There is the burnt crispy smell of pigs roasting on the spit.
  • There are many colourful fairies flying around the castle like the rainbow shimmering in the sky.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write five descriptive sentences to describe a fairytale castle.

Mario originated from a game called 'Donkey Kong' in 1981! By Xavier

  • Mario is a fictional 2D\3D game character.

  • He is Italian with a brown clean mustache. He wears a clean red jumper and Turkish blue pants, brown and light brown shoes and a red hat with the letter M on it.

  • He is a loving character which is known for saving the princess from an enormous green evil dragon.

  • People often recognises Mario from looking at his red cap.

  • He is so fearless that he would cross 8 worlds and defeat 8 monsters just to save his princess.

  • He is half the height of an average adult, so almost as tall a child!

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write six descriptive sentences using adjectives to describe Mario from the game 'Mario bros' using screencastify.
